    Space is limited - Workshop reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Props

    Mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters are available for use in studio at no charge.

  • COVID Protocol

    If you are not feeling well, have recently traveled or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.
