Maryanne DeChambeau

Maryanne DeChambeau is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a 20-year yoga practice. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT 200 hours)

registered with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Stretching Coach who trained at YogaBody Teachers College.  She believes in the power of movement to create happiness and wellness. 

Yoga has enabled her to focus on the things in life that matter most to her and she constructs her classes to help her students do the same.  Stretching, or targeted flexibility training, is her specialty.  Complimenting her yoga practice, it helps to keep muscles long, lean and pliable.  It allows people to move through life with physical ease and reduced risk of injury.  It is a good practice for people with locked hips, tight hamstrings, stiff lower backs, and a whole host of other areas. 

 Students leave her classes feeling calm and renewed with a recognition of their physical and mental strength.
