Liv Lafreniere

Liv has been practicing yoga for six years and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in the summer of 2024. Her journey into teaching was inspired by the profound, life-changing impact yoga has had on her own life, and she is passionate about supporting others in their yoga practice with positivity and care.

Liv brings a deep love for both the physical practice of yoga and its rich spiritual traditions. Through mindfulness and intentional connection between mind and body, she has found a sense of peace that she is eager to share with her students.

She believes yoga offers timeless lessons and values that can enrich every aspect of life. Liv is excited to be part of the Love Defeats Fear community and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where students feel seen, respected, and supported—meeting them exactly where they are with compassion and encouragement.
